Many 3rd Day Apparel products are made to order. Because of this, product availability, production times, and fulfillment times may vary.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or otherwise change products, collections, designs, colors, sizes, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

Limited Time Only (“LTO”) products may be discontinued at any time and may not be restocked once they are no longer available.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, intended for resale without permission, or otherwise violate these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product from 3rd Day Apparel does not transfer ownership or licensing rights to the artwork, graphics, branding, or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

3rd Day Apparel is an independent Christian apparel brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a particular Bible publisher unless expressly stated.
